if something sounds too good to be true..., 2008-10-18I got this keeping my fingers crossed that it would work for me. I was pretty skeptical - I'm still really not sure why this thing is any different than a hot wet washcloth ?
Anyway, it wasn't the solution I was hoping for, but I took advantage of the money back guarantee. I would tell someone that if they want to try it, go for it, but save the packaging just in case.

Waste of money, 2008-10-17I purchased the Zeno after reading the reviews on various sites. I have moderate acne, and hoped that the Zeno would help prevent acne or promote healing. After 2 weeks of use (following the instructions exactly) I have seen NO IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. When used on zits just appearing, the Zeno did not prevent them from coming to the surface. When used on zits on the surface, I saw no improvement in terms of speed of healing. In fact, the Zeno seemed to SLOW the healing process. I spoke to my dermatologist, who said that this device has limited results in most people she works with, even when used as directed. Save your money and buy some benzoyl peroxide or retin-A instead.

Really helps with hormonal cycstic pimples, 2008-10-11Zeno Pro Acne Clearing Device with 90 Count Cartridge, Pink
This item is not reviewed or recommended as helping with cycstic acne, but it makes an immense difference. I have hormonal acne from IVF drugs. This device substainially brings down the swelling of these cysts within hours. Repeated use keeps them less active and more or less flush with the skin. A godsend! Really the only thing which helps the situation at all, it makes a remarkable difference.

It really works, 2008-09-18This is a great product - it really works and is simple to use. I wish it was a tad faster but 2.5 mins is worth it. I leave mine fully charged in my purse and if I ever need it I use it while I am commuting.

I was skeptical but I trust customer reviews at Amazon, 2008-08-02I trust the customer reviews given on products at Amazon. So I bought the Zeno Pro. All I can say is it works. I get stuborn zits on my chin that drive me crazy. Just zap it with the Zeno and the next day the zit is gone. The whole family uses it now.
