2. If after this time you are not seeing any progress please send the remaining AcnEase and empty bottles back to the address below for a refund. Please be advised that you need to send back all of your empty bottles and any unused tablets to get the refund. The refund will cover only the number of bottles returned (empty or full). There is no exception.

3. The money-back guarantee applies only to the first order. One order up to seven (7) bottles is refunded providing that unused or empty bottles are returned. Any exceptions of this rule need to be agreed upon beforehand in writing by the head of Herbaceutical Department.

4. One money back guarantee per customer please. Multiple orders charged on different credit cards for the same client or multiple orders charged to the same credit card for different clients will not be refunded. 1 Refund per household.
